At Smoke Ring Romantics BBQ, we believe the secret ingredient to great barbecue is love… followed closely by smoke, butter, and the occasional “did we just invent a new recipe?” accident.

We’re Preston and Mariah — a couple powered by passion, brisket, and the kind of teamwork that involves one of us babysitting the smoker while the other babysits the kids… and sometimes we mix those jobs up.

What started as backyard experiments (and a few heroic attempts at not burning down the neighborhood) turned into a full-blown obsession with Texas-style smoke, Colorado heart, and plates big enough to cause arguments over who gets the last bite.

Now we serve up food that makes people close their eyes, do the “BBQ happy dance,” and immediately tell their friends.
